Spring Clean Yoga

Embark on an internal Spring Clean to refresh and re-energise for the summer months ahead, with a selection of special classes and workshops on Sunday 23rd March in Richmond-Upon-Thames

Decluttering feels good. Out with the old to make way for the new! And not just at home…

Detoxifying the body and mind, getting clear on what habits are holding you back in life and setting intentions for how you want life to feel and be, can help you jump into the summer months with a spring in your step!

The good news is – You have the Power to make positive changes with a Spring Clean!

Now is the perfect time to do it – as the Spring Equinox on the 20th March, when the day and night will be the same length, marks the official start of Spring – a new beginning.

I’m doing my own spring cleaning right now. With changes to my schedule and a 40-day diet and lifestyle programme to drop some habits that haven’t been serving me so well, I’m feeling full of beans!

40 day programmes are an awesome way of making lasting changes. I’ve done one before through a Yoga Studio, but this one is just me…I’ve created a programme that suits my needs and the changes I want to make.

This coming Sunday 23rd March I want to help you start your own Spring Clean, with a selection of special classes and workshops!

The day is split into 3 components and you can sign up for 1, 2 or all 3. There will also be the opportunity to ask me about 40-day programmes so you can discover how to start one of your own.


10.00 – 12.00 | DETOX FLOW 
A flowing Yoga practice with an uplifting playlist, focusing on specific postures and breathing exercises to detoxify and declutter you both physically and mentally, leaving you calm and energised. I will guide you in becoming centred, clearing out what is not serving you and setting, as well as embodying, intentions.

12.30 – 15.00 | LIVE A LIFE YOU LOVE
Exploring values, vision, intentions, goals and purpose. This is a great opportunity to plant seeds in your life that will grow in the months ahead. If you want to to make changes and get clarity, this is where to start. A coaching style workshop, I’ll be using a host of creative methods to get your juices flowing and empower you on your own unique journey. Each of us has something special to offer this world and this will be an opportunity, with support and guidance, to connect with what you have to offer and create a life you love.

15.30 – 17.00  | RELAX AND RESTORE
A relaxing, rejuvenating practice that will leave you feeling balanced in body & mind and uplifted in spirit. Explore what’s possible to release as well as what needs to be held near, discard whatever is taking up useful space, and open up your mind and heart to a fresh perspective for the week ahead!

£60 for the full day
