Whether you are looking to ease physical tension, relax your mind, strengthen your body or find a supportive environment to take care of your overall health and well-being, a friendly and welcoming Yoga class could be just what you are after.

Eye Heart Yoga offers a range of classes, workshops and retreats for all levels of Yoga experience. If you’re new to Yoga, you can be sure you’ll receive the encouragement and guidance you need to start your Yoga journey.

Through the lens of mindful flowing sequences, Nathalie guides you in movement to unravel tension & restriction, in turn cultivating space, strength & flow.

Informed by movement anatomy alongside an endless curiousity for how are bodies are designed to move, Nathalie’s classes are designed to meet the needs of busy & demanding lifestyles and unlock the potential of our bodies and minds. Mobilising the spine, freeing up the breath and connecting with the ground to access a sense of wholeness, are at the heart of Nathalie’s sequences, with additional themes weaved in that vary from class to class.

My aim is to create a space that encourages you to feel the floor under your feet, connect with your breath, move your body and arrive at home in yourself.

When it comes to the weekly classes I offer in St Margartes, there’s 4 options to choose from. Below are some guidelines for each class. I understand it can simply be a case of finding the day or time that suits you best. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask, I am here to help!
